- En el mismo caldo cocemos las patatas, las zanahorias, las acelgas, la malla de garbanzos y la calabaza durante 7/8 minutos y sacamos.
- En cada fuente colocamos carne, garbanzos, acelgas, zanahorias, patatas y calabaza y que cada comensal se sirva la cantidad que guste en su plato.
- Echamos el caldo de la cocción en una jarra y que cada comensal se sirva en su plato o en una taza la cantidad que guste.
