- Pasamos las verduras a un bol con agua muy fría, dejamos 2 minutos y escurrimos bien.


- Picamos muy finos la cebolla y el puerro. Laminamos el ajo

- En una sartén grande con muy poquito aceite de oliva a fuego suave pochamos la cebolla y el puerro

- Cuando estén blandos añadimos el vinagre y el vino blanco

- Dejamos 3-4 minutos y añadimos las verduras. Mezclamos y dejamos todo junto otros 2-3 minutos

- Mientras, en una sartén pequeña con aceite de oliva a fuego medio doramos el ajo

- Retiramos del fuego y añadimos el pimentón dulce y semipicante. Removemos


- Añadimos a la sartén con las verduras, subimos el fuego y dejamos 2 minutos


- Emplatamos y servimos caliente. Buen provecho!!!
