- Tapamos la olla y cuando la válvula empiece a guirar dejamos diez minutos apagamos el fuego y cuando se vaya el vapor abrimos emplatamos y el resultado en las fotos


- PD.en mi dieta el estofado va sin patatas.para los que no esteis a dieta se coge medio kilo de patatas se corta esgajandola en trocitos y las ponemos con el caldo.gracias.voy por 22 kilos perdidos desde el 19 de agosto...
