Después corregimos de sal si es necesario y añadimos agua si le hiciese falta(si añadimos agua tiene que ser muy caliente), echamos las patatas enteras y las albóndigas.lo dejamos tapado hasta que las patatas estén blandas aprox 25 min y un par de minutos antes de apagar el fuego echamos las morcillas.
  4. El caldo del cocido lo echamos en un cazo y hacemos un poco de sopa con ese caldo. Y el cocido lo ponemos en una fuente y listo, para servir.
