- Precalentar el horno a temperatura máxima. Una vez hecha la hamburguesa, montar poniendo la lechuga con salsa encima la rebanada de pan, pimiento, una loncha de queso, encima la hamburguesa, cebolla caramelizada, otra loncha de queso y encima las setas

- Una vez hechas la patata y calabaza poner sobre papel de cocina absorbente. Poner sal y colocar en un plato.
- Gratinar unos minutos el canapé de hamburguesa que se funda el queso, poner vuestra salsa favorita, partir la rebanada en diagonal y acompañar con las patatas y calabaza Buen provecho!!
