  4. En la sartén donde hemos frito el jamón echaremos sal y pimienta, la cebolla, el ajo y la cayena (que quitaremos al rellenar la calabaza) y doraremos. Añadiremos las setas y un "pelín" de vino blanco dejaremos que evapore el alcohol y echaremos la calabaza que hemos cocido y rehogaremos todo unos minutos y apartaremos.
  5. En un mocho machacaremos unos piñones, rayaremos un poco de queso parmesano y el jamón hecho migas.
  6. Empezaremos a rellenar las Calabazar con el sofrito y echaremos por encima los piñones, jamón y parmesano y si queremos unos medallones de queso de cabra y al horno. ¿Tiempo tendremos que ir vigilando pasados los primeros 20 minutos.
