- Troceamos el jamón a daditos,(yo lo pique con la picadora) incorporamos las nueces presionando un poco con las manos para que se rompan, picamos el cebollino, y añadimos el jugo de medio limón y 5 cucharadas de aceite,(esto lo añadiremos una vez que tengamos el plato emplatado por encima)



- Incorporamos las bajocas con las verduras las rehogasmos un poco y ya tendremos todo listo para emplatar,
