Esta receta es una nueva y divertida forma de comer calabaza cruda. En casa nos encanta la calabaza, y la utilizamos mucho en guisos, ensaladas e incluso hasta en desayunos saludables. Este plato no tiene ningún secreto, pero es perfecto, ya que su preparación es fácil y rápida, y como entrante te deja bastante saciado, gracias a los ingredientes y en el aliño incluyo unos piñones ligeramente tostados y triturados, que Le dan consistencia e igualmente lleva mostaza que junto al zumo de limón le dan un toque a cítrico chispeante.
