  5. En una fuente para horno colocar una hilera de rodajas de berenjena, por encima colocar un poco de salsa, luego rodajas de queso Por Salut y por último queso de rallar. Repetir la operación y terminar con una capa de berenjenas, queso de rallar y un hilo de aceite de oliva.
  6. Llevar a horno a 180° hasta gratinar.
