  4. Cocinar la Berenjena: pase las rodajas secas por huevo y harina de trigo y sofría en aceite caliente. Si quiere una versión más saludable puede hornearlas o pasarlas por una plancha con poco aceite.
  5. Preparando la Moussaka (1)-Coloque las rodajas de berenjena en un recipiente o molde para horno de vidrio, luego vierta la carne molida encima y una capa de queso mozzarella.
