  1. Preparamos los ingredientes. A la calabaza le quitamos las pepitas con la ayuda de una cuchara, y la pelamos con cuidado (si tenéis un pela patatas que vaya bien os puede funcionar, si no a cuchillo con cuidado, mejor trozearla para pelearla más cómodamente)
  2. En una olla ponemos un chorro de aceite de oliva y metemos la calabaza, la cebolla, el diente de ajo, y el medio puerro pelados y troceados. Y sofreímos. Cuando esté un poco sofrita añadimos agua caliente, como un par de vasos, que cubra levemente la verdura. Cocemos a fuego medio
  3. Cuando esté toda la verdura cocida pasamos por la batidora, y dejamos hasta que se quede completamente licuado, sin grumos.
  4. Una vez batido, añadimos una cuchara de queso crema (también podemos añadirle quesitos si no tenemos este). Volvemos a batir.
  5. Una vez todo batido echamos de nuevo a la olla y salpimentamos. Calentamos y probamos por si necesita más sal.
  6. Servimos y podemos añadirle si nos gusta un poquito de chorizo picadito y un chorrito de aceite que combina muy bien.
