  2. Luego quemamos el morrón en la hornalla, hasta que quede negro, ponemos en una bolsa de plástico y dejamos unos minutos luego sacamos de la bolsa y pelamos,
  3. Cortamos el morrón en juliana, la cebolla también en aros no muy grandes y el ajo bien pequeñito
  4. En una olla ponemos por capas, las berenjenas hervidas, la cebolla, el ajo, morrón, la cucharada de orégano, un poco de sal, el aceite, vinagre y agua, todo ponemos en una olla y cocinamos por media hora, dejar enfriar
  5. Pueden agregarle ají molido a su gusto, en esta oportunidad lo hice sin ají y salió riquísimo! Espero que les guste
