- Preparar la salsa blanca para lo cual derretir 25 a 50 gr de manteca agregar 1 a 2 cdas de maicena mezclar y agregar leche revolver hasta quede bien unido llevar a fuego hasta que espese, si hiciera falta agregar un poco más de leche para que no quede tan espesa agregar nuez moscada pimienta y sal en cant necesaria, mezclar con las berenjenas, y agregar condimentos a gusto mezclar y rellenar con esto la tarta, agregar el queso fresco y las aceitunas y cocinar en horno hasta que esté lista
