- En un sartén colocó el tomate, la cebolla el ajo, pimienta y sal a cocinar, lo pueden picar, yo lo pase por la procesadora.
- Luego de tener la especie de guiso, pongo la pechuga a asar en filetes con sal y aceite de oliva, al igual por aparte el zucchini, cuando están ya asadas procedo a armar todo.
- Acá en la foto se logra ver cómo pongo berenjena, trozo de pollo, guiso, zucchini y dos tiritas de pimentón, y así sucesivamente con cada berenjena la relleno igual y la pongo en una refractaria.

- Luego le pongo encima más del guiso que prepare para que le dé mucho sabor y encima le coloco tajadas de queso, lo llevo al horno por 15 minutos para que cocine todo y el queso dore.


- Ya cuando el queso gratina perfecto, proceso a servir, con el acompañamiento que quieran, yo lo hice con una ensalada de aguacate. Quedan muy deliciosas y muy nutritivas.
